We want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your Woolino purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges of unwashed, unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the return label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
